Mr. Carroll oversees all company operations including marketing and product development, financing, acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, and capital raising efforts for DIS. Prior to forming DIS, Mr. Carroll was a partner and Chief Financial Officer of HIRE Capital, LLC, an incubator firm located in San Diego, California. Mr. Carroll also served as Director of Corporate Development for Eco Soil Systems, Inc., and was a member of the capital formation group in the investment banking department of George K. Baum & Company, focusing on M&A and fundraising. Mr. Carroll is a founding partner.

Mr. Browning has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of SFR construction, development, and renovation, having overseen the construction of over $25 million worth of single family residential properties. Beginning his career 20 years ago as a general contractor, Mr. Browning developed and managed a team of construction and real estate development professionals focused on single family home starts in Colorado, eventually becoming a partner/owner in one of the largest high-end residential development companies in Colorado. Mr. Browning brings to DIS his expertise in developing, building, and executing construction management processes.

Dr. McDougal oversees the property management operations for DIS. Prior to joining DIS Partners, Dr. McDougal worked for Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd in Honolulu where he served in the position of Senior Vice President and Principal Broker. His career in real estate and property management spans over 44 years. He holds a bachelors degree from Kansas State University as well as advanced degrees from the University of Missouri, University of Chicago and Harrington University. He currently hold Real Estate Broker's licenses in Hawaii and Texas and is a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians.

Director of Acquisitions
Mr. Letterman has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of property evaluation and acquisition, having completed more than 6,000 property acquisition evaluations in the past 14 years. Mr. letterman started one of the first five HomeVestors of America, Inc. franchises in the country in 1995 and quickly joined the HomeVestors corporate team where he headed their Second Eyes division, evaluating properties for the franchise network. Mr. Letterman is responsible for inspecting and qualifying potential properties, along with establishing and controlling DIS Acquisition Standards.

Ms. Brandt develops and manages the company’s investor relations program and is the primary contact for our investor community. She is responsible for cultivating investor relationships, and managing and supporting investor accounts. Ms. Brandt oversees all transaction processing, including all investor financing and 1031 exchanges.
